Mission
Our mission is to promote, help, attend and strengthen the family and individual institution through the necessary support to enable each member to recover, restore and strengthen in the most vulnerable areas giving them a new opportunity to reintegrate into a family or social environment.
Programs
We offer training that includes an integrative theology, as well as the appropriate psychology foundations to develop skills and necessary knowledge that will respond in a responsible way to the needs of individuals and families.
Dra. Zamira Colon
Dr. Zamira Colon, born in New York City, has over 20 years of experience in leadership, coaching, training, business administration, youth counseling, and family empowerment services. She has facilitated workshops and instruction focused on promoting the healthy social development of families, encouraging education and entrepreneurship. She is the founder of New Hearts Therapy and Leadership, a counseling center for families and individuals seeking to improve their mental health. Dr. Zamira Colon holds academic degrees in Ministry, including a Bachelor’s in Christian Counseling and a Master’s in Theology. She is currently pursuing her second master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Liberty University, within the School of Behavioral Sciences. With strong roots in church ministry and congregational support, she earned her Doctorate in Ministry and Leadership from the New York Theological Seminary. She also serves as a volunteer Chaplain for the Share Your Heart foundation, working with the Department of Children and Families, especially assisting victims of domestic violence.
